Yoga Therapist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Stretch Therapist, Mother of Three..

My name is Nicole, I am a Health & Wellness practitioner with over 20 years of experience. Certified in the field of Occupational Therapy as a COTA, specializing in Upper Extremity Rehabilitation, Breast Rehabilitation, and Complete Decongestive Therapy for post mastectomy. Certified Lymphedema Therapist specializing in Manual Lymph drainage and CDT. Yoga Therapist/Teacher and Stretch Therapist specializing in lymphatic movement, restorative yoga, fascial stretch therapy, mindful meditation, breath coaching, feet up trainer, gravity yoga, yoga trapeze, and is a level 1 Stick Mobility instructor. Other specialties include Nutrition coaching and urban farming with the Juice Plus+ Company. Overall healing starts from within and focuses on overall healing and balance from the inside out.
